Kaiser Permanente Corporate Cup – Most Fit Company

Does your company encourage its employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle? If so, please fill out a “Most Fit Company” application to be considered for the Kaiser Permanente Cup, a special recognition given to companies that provide a healthy work environment for employees. The “Most Fit Company” application is designed to help identify the strength of your company’s employee health & wellness initiatives.

Awards are presented to companies based on employee size in four categories: more than 5,000 employees; 1,000 – 4,999 employees; 100-999 employees; and 100 employees or less. The survey takes just a few minutes and will be judged by the Worksite Workgroup of Georgia's Nutrition and Physical Activity Initiative. This initiative is a joint effort between the Division of Public Health and its public, private and non-profit partners, to prevent obesity and other chronic diseases through healthy eating and physical activity initiatives across the life span.

Go to the survey. Deadline for submission: September 3, 2010.

Verified CEOs will receive specially marked bib numbers and may start in the CEO Start Area up front. The CEO finish chute will be on the far left at the Finish Line.

If a company CEO is participating and would like to compete against the other CEOs, a CEO Scorecard must be filled out and turned in to the Info/Results Tent after the 5K in order to be listed in event results. To qualify:
