    Scoring and Scorecards

NEW!! All Runners and Walkers will be timed!! All participants should note their finishing time exactly as it appears on the finish line clock, regardless of how long it may have taken to pass the start banner, and turn into team captain for scorecards. All scorecards should be turned in to the Information Tent on event night and will be used for team awards. The scorecard disclaimer states that scoring participants are full-time and have been employed by the participating company for at least three months prior to race date. Company captains will not have access to scorecards once completed and turned in. Any team found violating this rule will automatically be disqualified.

Participants are scored on a team basis in three categories. A team consists of one of the following:
    • Men’s Team.....Four Men
    • Women’s Team....Four Women
    • Coed Team....Two Men and Two Women
Participants may be assigned to a team after the race and may only be placed on one team i.e., a woman placed on the Women’s Team cannot also be placed on the Coed Team, etc.
